Cancellation Policy 

As professionals, our main goal is to empower individuals to create their best life by helping them navigate challenges and make positive changes. We understand that time is valuable, so we prioritize timely communication and encourage clients to adhere to our cancellation policy to make the most of their sessions.

Couples and Individual Coaching Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the coach and the clients.

  • Sessions are typically [insert duration] in length.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows will be considered a completed session, and the full session fee will be charged.

4. Emergency Situations:

  • In case of genuine emergencies, exceptions may be considered. The coach retains the right to waive charges on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment:

  • The session fee is payable at the beginning of each session or as agreed upon in advance.

  • Payment for late cancellations or no-shows will be billed and is due within 7 days of the missed session.

6. Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via Credit Card, Zelle (313-333-3229 please include reason and name if different from Zelle information), Apple Pay (313-999-9111), Paypal (313-333-3229) or Cash App $EmpowerULifeCo 

  • All payments must be received before the start of the subsequent session.

7. Package Sessions:

  • For clients who have purchased coaching packages, missed sessions due to late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

8. Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original session time.

  • Persistent violations of the cancellation policy may result in the termination of the coaching relationship.

  • The coach reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy with reasonable notice.

Workshop Coaching Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Confirmation:

  • Participants are required to register for workshops in advance through the provided registration process.

  • Confirmation of registration will be sent upon successful enrollment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Requests:

  • Participants may cancel their workshop registration and request a refund up to 10 days before the scheduled workshop date.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email: Support@empowerulifecoaching.com

3. Refund Policy:

  • Full refund: Cancellation requests received within the specified refund period.

  • Partial refund or credit: Cancellation requests received after the refund period may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future workshop, at the coach's discretion.

4. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled workshop or no-shows on the day of the workshop are not eligible for a refund.

5. Substitutions:

  • Participants may request to substitute another individual to attend the workshop on their behalf, provided the coach is notified in advance.

6. Workshop Cancellation by the Coach:

  • The coach reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.

  • In the event of a workshop cancellation by the coach, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

7. Payment:

  • Payment for workshop registration is due upon enrollment.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 2 days of the cancellation request.

Notary Policy

1. Purpose:

  • This policy is established to guide the notary public in performing notarial acts in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • The notary is duly commissioned and licensed in Wayne County, MI.

  • The notary shall perform notarial acts with impartiality, integrity, and in accordance with the law.

  • Responsibilities include verifying the identity of document signers, administering oaths and affirmations, and witnessing signatures.

3. Identification and Verification:

  • Proper identification of individuals seeking notarial services is required.

  • Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as driver's licenses or passports.

  • The notary may also use credible witnesses in accordance with local laws.

4. Types of Notarial Acts:

  • The notary shall be proficient in various notarial acts, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and witnessing signatures.

5. Recording and Documentation:

  • Accurate records of all notarial acts shall be maintained, including the date, type of notarial act, names and addresses of all parties involved, and the notary fee collected.

  • A notary journal will be kept in accordance with local laws and regulations.

6. Fees:

  • The notary may charge fees for notarial services as allowed by law.

  • Fees shall be clearly communicated to clients prior to performing notarial acts.

7. Refusal of Service:

  • The notary reserves the right to refuse notarial services if there is any doubt about the signer's identity, willingness, or understanding of the document.

  • Refusal shall be done in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Conflicts of Interest:

  • The notary shall not perform notarial acts where there is a conflict of interest, and shall remain impartial and unbiased.

9. Professional Conduct:

  • The notary shall conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect for all individuals seeking notarial services.

  • The notary shall adhere to a strict code of confidentiality regarding information obtained during notarial acts.

10. Compliance and Training: - The notary shall stay informed about changes in notary laws and regulations and comply with them. - Regular training and professional development will be pursued to enhance notary skills and knowledge.

11. Notary Seal and Signature: - The notary seal and signature shall be applied in accordance with local laws and regulations. - The notary shall safeguard their official seal and not allow it to be used by unauthorized individuals.

12. Policy Review: - This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

By entering into a agreement, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
